Google Analytics Data Does not match up with Power BI - Except Daily Users

Hello,

As a new PBI user i am not sure where the issue from GA is coming from.   Is this sampling?  or soemthing else?  pleasee see screen shots below - i am looking at July 31st as a test date.  Any help on this is greatly appreciated!!
