We have integrated Power BI with our Dynamics NAV 2017 Azure-hosted installation. We can
- create a report in Power BI Desktop,
- publish it to app.powerbi.com, and
- add it to the Power BI Report menu in NAV RTC desktop client.
However, filters that are part of the report do not show up in NAV, even though they are functioning and available in the Power BI portal. The ellipse options in NAV allows for sorting by the various columns, and exporting the data, but not filtering the view. This is regardless of the view mode used in NAV.
Is this just a missing feature in the NAV implementation of Power BI? If so, it's a very short-sighted one. Or is it a configuration issue?
