I can connect to my mailbox using powerBI desktop, but I cannot connect to it using powerBI online. I get the following error message:
We were unable to use the provided Exchange credential to connect

I am using "exchange account" in powerbi desktop (as microsoft account throws an error), and "basic" account in powerbi online, which is suppose is corresponds to each other.
Could you help me?
