Whitelist PowerBI service FQDNs or IP ranges for Connectors to work

I want to use the JIRA connector to procure custom reports in PowerBI.com service.

Two difficulties.  The first is that our Jira is sitting behind a WAP and requires MFA.  I don't see how I can possibly setup the JIRA connector in this setup.

The second, I was given a second external IP to use to connect to Jira.  However, I need to get through the firewall which means I need to whitelist the FQDN or IP range that the PowerBI.com service uses.  

Is this the best possible solution currently?

If so, I suppose we'll need to create a program that pulls this down weekly and modifies a firewall rule automatically.
