My company uses Freshservice to manage IT tickets. Power Bi doesnt have custom connectors to Freshservice
I want to be able to run a snapshot report for all open tickets. I have no experience in developing APIs, so my questions may seem very basic
How do I get started? I know that I need to call APIs. I got a webservice Rest API client to be able to call APIs....now I am clueless what needs to be done next...
Need a lot of help to stand up and get running with this
