Apologies if the issue raised in my post has already been answered - I've tried several steps outlined in other posts, and my problem is still unresolved.
My main question is how to remove / update saved data source credentials.
Attempting to connect to a service "Planview Enterprise One - CTM" using PowerBI Online
Connections to this service works via PowerBI Desktop.
When connecting to this service via PowerBI online returns an error message - pasted below. The main error is "The credentials provided for the Troux source are invalid"
The Connection is by providing an OData URL: - e.g. https://<site>/pvcloud.com
I have previously entered credentials that are incorrect, that appear to have been saved. i.e. all new attempts to connect use saved credentials
When the URL is entered, a message a "Please hold on while we check your credentials"
A Window appears with the message details copied below - "The credentials provided for Troux are invalid ..."
I cannot find a way to remove the incorrect credentials
In settings
- there is a Dashboard row for each failed attempt "Planview Enterprise One - CTM" - there are no options to remove
- Datasets has a row for some failed attempts, when any one is selected non of the Settings options are displayed - e.g. on other connections I would see headings including "Data source credentials"
In PowerBI desktop I have cleared the credentials for this connection, logged out of both then reinstated the credentials in Desktop.
