Cannot Detect Gateway

I piloted Power BI for my company and they loved it.  I was using a Personal Gateway on my laptop to connect to our SQL servers, which obviously isn't a good long-term solution.  So today I got the On-Prem (Enterprise) gateway installed on a local windows server.  I signed in there and got it set up.

I also uninstalled the Personal Gateway on my PC, cleared my .pbix file from PowerBI.com and re-uploaded it.

When I try to set up refresh, here's what I see:

The "use a data gateway" choice is not there.  I read up on everything I could on this forum and have repeatedly removed and added the gateway with different connection strings to try to match what's in my .pbix, but no dice.  You can also see that it says my personal gateway is offline.  How do I get it to realize I don't have one anymore?  Here's my gateway screen:

As you can see, there's only a company gateway there, not a personal.  How do I get this to work, or at least troubleshoot it better?  I see no way of testing connectivity other than crossing fingers and hoping it shows up...

Thanks,

Doug
