We couldn't install Xero - HELP!

I cannot connect to Xero as I am getting the following message, however, my credentials are correct. I have gone into Xero to remove the authorization and tried again but I am still getting it.

I have cleared my cache, tried a chrome and edge browser, restarted my computer but I am still getting this error.
