On premises Data Gateway registration fails - "Profile for the user is a temporary profile"

Hi,

Just installed the On Premises Gateway for PBI and the follwing error occurs when trying to register. The installation has been successful. Please find snapshot attached. 



Error generating an asymmetric key.
The profile for the user is a temporary profile.
